Washington Student Achievement Council

WSAC is tasked with encouraging students to pursue education after high school, and when COVID-19 hit, students were no longer in regular contact with the typical vehicles for promoting educational opportunities. Ravenna Strategies was tasked with running a state-wide marketing campaign to reach high school students about to graduate and their parents with information about financial aid.

In the two years we’ve worked together, we’ve reached hundreds of thousands of students and their families about educational opportunities, and we’ve learned what works through testing. We learned to reach students where they spend time online - on Snapchat and TikTok. We’ve honed our message through tying hundreds of iterations of ad copy. And we know what time of year is best to reach the students least likely to be getting encouragement to pursue education after high school.
