Eileen Pollet

Eileen (she/her) started her political career as an organizer in Washington State before transitioning to digital consulting. In 2016, she consulted with statewide, legislative, and local candidates, helping to win majorities in the Washington State House and Senate. In 2018, Eileen ran the first-ever DCCC IE in-house digital media team, running voter contact digital campaigns in 30 congressional districts. She has since consulted with clients around the country on digital fundraising, list building, and voter contact strategies.

Doug (he/him) uses digital tools to tell compelling, mission-driven stories that raise money, move decision-makers, and win elections. He has raised millions of dollars over email, social media, and SMS for nonprofits and progressive candidates at the national, state, and municipal levels. For more than a decade, Doug has also pioneered the integration of digital marketing tactics with traditional field organizing, powering union campaigns with AFL-CIO’s Working America affiliate and volunteer mobilization with the Progressive Victory Discord community.
Chloe Comstock
Senior Strategist
Chloe (she/her) is a dedicated Digital Strategist at Ravenna Strategies, leveraging her knowledge in political science to drive impactful digital campaigns. With a BA in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo, with a specialization in American Politics, Chloe's passion for the political sphere was honed through her work with numerous organizations and campaigns. Recognizing the potential of digital platforms in shaping political narratives, she seamlessly merged her interests of politics and digital media, establishing herself as a Digital Strategist.
Caleb Brock
Digital Strategist
Caleb (he/him) is a Texas-based GAINPOWER award-winning digital strategist. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin’s Texas Creative Advertising Portfolio program. In his past roles as the Digital Director for Humanity Forward and time at the PCCC, Caleb has a rich history of leading campaigns to victory through savvy digital tactics. His instrumental roles in key campaigns, such as pioneering relational organizing with Beto O’Rourke and changing how young people are engaged online with Ed Markey, have bolstered the way campaigns interact with people digitally. Beyond campaign work, Caleb has constructed specialized digital trainings and programs for national groups such as the Working Families Party, Common Power, and RootsCamp, enhancing the digital capabilities of organizations and broadening their impact.
Jesse Strauss

Jesse (he/him) is an Emmy award-winning video producer. As an expert in communications and video production, Jesse has produced hundreds of videos for nonprofits and political campaigns. Jesse’s mission is to use video, social media, and other communication tools to make the world a better and more inclusive place.
Karen Reinstein
Graphic/Web Designer
Karen (she/her) is a graphic designer living and creating in Chicago. She has worked with corporate, non-profit, and electoral clients. She designed district-specific creative for over 20 districts for the DCCC IE in 2018 and has since designed ads for winning campaigns across the country.
